We consult with patient advisors  when we embark on a new plan to improve services across the hospital. Your feedback is just one of the ways you help guide us.

At any time during your stay, we encourage you to share your thoughts. You can:

• Ask to speak with your physician or other members of your care team.
• Ask to speak with the manager of the clinical area.
• Fill out a compliment or concern form located in patient care areas.
• Use this on-line form to reach patient relations.
